BeTopRank provides local search visibility services, including Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, ranking audits, and related marketing services intended to help local businesses improve their visibility on Google Maps, Google Search, and AI search platforms.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Search engine and map rankings are determined by third parties (such as Google) using factors outside our control, and they change over time. While we work to improve your visibility, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, placement, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or result. Any examples, estimates, or sample reports shown are for illustration and are not promises of future performance. Results vary by business, market, and competition.
3. Not Affiliated With Google
BeTopRank and Ehdy Group LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for changes to Google's services, policies, or algorithms.
4. Free Audit
We may offer a free ranking audit. The audit is provided for informational purposes to help you understand your current visibility. Providing the audit does not create any ongoing obligation on either party and is not a guarantee of results.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and tools, including Google services and our audit, reporting, and communication providers. Your use of features that depend on those platforms may also be subject to the third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services.
6. Fees and Cancellation
Where you purchase paid services, the applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation terms will be communicated to you before purchase or in a separate agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may be canceled in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the authority to authorize work on any business profile you submit, and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on BeTopRank.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Ehdy Group LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ehdy Group LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
